W1PR Reports to Help #Education in the #UK #Fun is Also a must!

As part of the W1PR company vision for public relations education now also want to share some great resources available to you, that can also offer new educational and fun social events. To get the balance right right with any company education plans W1PR.com also suggests to mix events and community fund raising that many attendees have shared as being "good fun with a real purpose to learn & share with new and existing contacts".
The W1PR Team are also delighted from working with diverse professional groups and even countries, for over 20 years to have learnt that the addition of fun activities actually frequently delivers, more memorable moments with even better Team performance.
Consequently, it has also been reported in various consumer surveys that W1PR.com can also get the best out of social Team events with very positive company PR in the UK press and on social media, world wide and in local communities. Such PR is really helpful to our clients and even their clients in the short, medium and longer term with happy consumer feed back across the industry.
For two of our clients in particular the notion of happy customers is very important along side normal website visits and event promotion to really enable annual pro-bono charity support of over 1 million British pounds and facilitation of education in UK and global business networks.
So please think differently about such a suggestion having merit and functionality for today's business markets for #PR & #Education.

Week Two To Improve My Memory in 6 Weeks

I have just had my second session of my memory coaching from Bill Aronson after, a very busy week with work & charity events. However, I still managed to do my online course that only took me about an hour.
Over the last week I have started to take action from the suggestions I have learnt already.
These such as:
  • The FAST approach Forgetting negative experiences & protecting time for me to learn new techniques. Taking Action to improve my life, State: thinking more about my feelings, personal needs & of course as any student does Taking Notes!
  • So from changing passwords to managing my personal expectations and stopping multi tasking it feels as if things are a little clearer already. Of course I want evidence to prove this so know if it is worth doing it already!
  • Interestingly when I gave a speech last night at a big charity event and used some of these tips I found I wasn't holding on to my notes it just flowed naturally! I have had a lot of experience of public speaking over the years and having to change my short speeches at the very last minute for various reasons. However, it felt weird as I just thought go for it Aston leave the paper crutch you know this stuff!!
  • Also, I was using remembering by association which drew together my visual, sound & logic skills and actually made it easier!
So this really so far feels good so fingers crossed keeps helping. However, 5 weeks to go so watch this space!
Think this interview with Bill has really helped me too so will share again!
As Bill always says learning is not complete until you give it away, so I am sharing with you all.
Thanks for reading.
Cheers Kaz

Who is Kaz Aston & what does she do? #monarchyonline #msclearguide #rotary

After many recent emails & calls from potential clients looking for Public Relations (PR) & Social media strategy for their international & UK businesses feel it is helpful to highlight what I do in this area. Of course, every project, conference or campaign is different but, often has similar goals or strategic priorities.
2016 has already generated an extensive range of opportunities to help both UK or international companies and my own personal charitable efforts for education with #Monarchyonlineorg, the London #MSClearguide & Rotary International, UK & London where I am a member of the historic Rotary Club of London based in Mayfair and the City.
So what actually can I do or am currently doing to help businesses?

You might have noticed I am very active on social media in particular with my four accounts on Twitter with @kazaston @monarchyonline1 @RotaryLondonSM @msclearguide that collectively have over 2 million followers. Also, I share information on facebook, LinkedIn, google plus and make short films for youtube where I have 143 short education or promotional films https://www.youtube.com/my_videos?o=U.

As far as projects and positions currently I work and have for the last five years as an editor of a healthcare magazine and recently taken a new appointment as an associate editor for the British Medical Journal (BMJ) Open Heart online cardiology global publications.
Also, I support UK & International  businesses, government organisations and charities with Public Relations (PR), social media strategy and marketing as an independent consultant.
As a Community Specialist Practitioner registered for over 20 years currently works with Kolabi.com for Digital Medicine Software Development, the UK largest MS Centre based in London and pharmaceutical companies for education conferences and PR.
Also an active global campaigner and the author & creator of the ‘Monarchy Clear Guide’ & ‘MS Clear Guide’ together with supporting charitable organisations, websites, social media platforms that receive positive testimonials from readers daily.
To promote awareness & understanding for campaigns I use Websites, TV, Radio, Short Films, Fashion, Sport & Global Social Media Campaigns to broadcast associated features or popularise brands hashtags #, to trend or go viral on twitter. Recently have been working with the Music Industry with pop stars Matt Goss and Justin Timberlake’s teams for social media PR.

As the current London Rotary Club PR & Communications chair working with online audiences of over 20 million people for social media campaigns and as CEO of Monarchy online have agreed, continued support for the rotary club of London in 2016 from http://www.monarchyonline.org
Also, to help Rotary support the London clubs with social media strategy and in 2016 will be helping Rotary International & Rotary UK PR teams for Rotary Image. Collectively these areas are really interesting on many levels and help with global education, charity campaigns and business development.

Please just contact me if you feel we may have synergy for business or can collectively support important marketing, humanitarian or education needs.

Supercars can make a super investment

Supercars can make a super investment

24 February 2016
cap reveals the best buys among the prestige machines

The latest figures from cap reveal that the supercar market could offer a sound return on investment if buyers choose the right make and model.

Overall, supercar and some sports car used values have remained level in a depreciating marketplace, but some vehicles are enjoying strong appreciation.

Philip Nothard, cap consumer and retail editor, explains, “A savvy buyer would have earnt £18,500 buying a Mercedes Benz SLS in 2014 and selling it a year later with 10,000 miles on the clock.

“For buyers looking for a comparable investment today, they should consider the 65 plate Ferrari 488 GTB Coupe, which cost £182,809 from new but in just six months amassing 5,000 miles it would retail at £215,500 – this is an increase of 17.8% or the Mercedes-Benz AMG GT Coupe, which has increased by almost £5,000 in six months from £100,055 to £104,750.

“The supercar market is very niche, with a limited number of models available to choose. However, with some proper research, buyers can benefit from the buoyant market. It’s all about finding the right car, and those that are most sought after, bring the greatest returns. Another excellent example is a six month old Porsche Cayman Coupe 3.8 GT4 with a mileage of 5,000, which has appreciated by 38.4% from £64,451 to £89,250 proving that investing in these cars can be a lucrative option.”

Philip Nothard concludes, “The key elements of a good supercar buy are model, mileage and plates. For this reason, beware of clocked vehicles, as a lower mileage will get a better price, so dodgy sellers may be tempted to drop the mileage and duping buyers into paying over the odds.”

Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Clear Guide Updates are coming in 2016..... #MS #MSClearguide #thinkMS

I am so excited to share that the '#MSClearguide' is going to be updated in 2016' says author Kaz Aston.

After amazing support and feedback since publication in 2013 the free, medically correct, clear guide to Multiple Sclerosis or MS will be updated by creator Kaz Aston and various medical experts.

New research findings and lifestyle information to help promote healthy living and disease management will be integrated into the new clear guide. This approach, guide creater Kaz Aston feels can be so helpful to answer questions quickly or find the right people that can provide advice and information.

Kaz Aston and fellow medical editors are so pleased that the MS Clear guide has also been reproduced after published in 2013 by many other global MS Charities and still is. Therefore, the purpose of the MS clear guide has definitely been achieved over the last two years says author Kaz Aston.

Kaz Aston says '2015 has been an amazing year for the #MSClearguide because the guide has also been shared at the, 2015 'World MS Patient Conference', various global medical events with pharmaceutical companies and with many community organisations like Rotary in London, UK in both hard copy print magazines or journals. Further evidence and research to help people affected by multiple sclerosis (MS) is always important to share to send out a message of hope for now and the future.

Additionally, the online presence with websites or social media channels continues to grow for MS clear guide. Recent social media campaigns have generated public engagement of between twenty and fifty million people that often generate trending topics on Twitter.

For more information about the MS clear guide please just email via our websites. www.msclearguide.london www.kazaston.london
Thanks everyone for all of your amazing continued help & support.
All the very best,
Kaz Aston
